LY18B-20000 ice cream machine is one of the most domestically advanced
production lines researched and developed on the basis of foreign technology. The
machine is quite applicable for ice cream of different tastes. It combines working
station with different functions for producing ice creams of single color, single
layer, double layers and with chocolate decoration.

It claims characters of accurate filling quantity and smooth surface. The machine
has reached the internationally advanced technology level, adopting complete
pneumatic working, Siemens (PLC) display and touch screen to achieve programmable
control to display all operation data in the screen.

It has characters of automatic inspection and human-computer dialogue so as to
improve the operation rate. Especially, it adopts non-resistance single-way water
inlet, which greatly speeds up the cold medium flow and heat and cold exchange.
It improves the production ability.

The unique outer water cool medium tank storage style can achieve no cooling dipping
for the mould when the frozen mould stops, thus lowing the possibilities of erosion,
and reducing the energy consumption and materials consumption, saving the
cost and increasing the benefit.
